The country''s crude oil exploitation output this year is estimated to
reach 17.58 million tonnes, up 4.6 per cent against the govern-ment''s
annual target, according to the Ministry of Planning and Investment
(MPI).
Viet Nam National Coal and Mineral Industries Group (Vinacomin)''s coal
exports last month declined by 10 times over the previous month to
100,000 tonnes after a rise in export tax from 10 per cent to 13 per
cent in mid July.
